History:
ASJ Imaging Systems was founded in December 1st, 1990. Daniel Gouker, the current Treasurer / Director of Procurement of the corporation, began by working for Mark Staub Janitorial in 1983. His brother, Timothy Gouker, the current President / CEO, joined him in February, 1990 where he found his desire to pursue the building maintenance industry. After learning the business, the two brothers decided to purchase Staub's Janitorial and named their new company All Star Janitorial. Soon after, their brother William Gouker, the current Secretary / VP of Sales, joined the cleaning crew. In March, 1993 the brothers entered into a three way partnership with the acquisition of Marshio's Janitorial Service and renamed the company ASJ Imaging Systems. The company began to steadily grow with further acquisitions and business development. On January 1st, 2007 ASJ's partnership developed into a Pennsylvania corporation and they became ASJ Imaging Systems Incorporated.

Community:
ASJ's corporate office is located in the small town of McSherrystown, PA, just on the outskirts of Hanover, PA. ASJ has been a member of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce since 1993 and is proud to be a member of the community that they call home. Tim, Dan, and Bill were graduates of the local high school, South Western High before they continued on to make their business what it is today. Although they are positioned in Hanover, their customers range throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and DC. Even in today’s economic recession ASJ continues to grow steadily because of their high quality workmanship.
