Thanks to Asj's Crew, my home is now in great shape! The rains of May 18th and the resulting flooding of my finished basement created a horrific mess for me, especially since my home is for sale! Your prompt and thorough work has restored the lower level of my home to its pre-flooded condition, and my home is once again available for showings. I could never have done it without you! Special thanks to Casey for her courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure all was done to my satisfaction.

Your speedy response was a huge relief after discovering the busted pipe in my basement. Each staff member I met was very kind and helpful. You all took the time to keep me informed with each step in getting my basement cleaned up and then put back together again. We recieved a terrible phone call saying one of our units was on fire. When we got there soot was all over the walls, floor, windows, furniture, kitchen floor and carpets. It wasn't long before Dave Runkle from Asj walked in, introduced himself and explained to us how Asj could help us with the restoration and cleanup. Asj forwarded us and our insurance company a very detailed, itemized list of all the work to get the apartment back to livable conditions again.
Asj started work on Monday and within a week the apartment looked fantastic. They cleaned, painted and washed everything. They cleaned windows, replaced the front door and kitchen floor and cleaned the carpets to. They took great pride in their work and wanted to satisfy us. I had a few questions throughout the process and Dave and his team was always avilable no matter what time of the day it was. I recommend Asj Emergency Restoration as a company with great customer service who'll be there to help when you feel overwhelmed.

We would like to thank and acknowledge Asj Emergency Restoration Services. Those who work for this company understand the value of 'getting your home back to normal.' Within an hour of calling and asking them to care for major water damage in our house on the morning of May 26th, a crew had come to our home to begin the 'drying out process.' From the first meeting it was clear that Asj felt our suffering and knew what to do to help us reclaim our home.
During the time Asj was working with us, we noticed how attentive they were to our needs and how hard they worked with such high quality of professionalism. It's not unusual to find things you aren't happy with after a work crew has left your home, things that have been disregarded or details left unattended but thats not the case with Asj's crew. They put our home back to exactly the way it was before that awful morning. To all of those in Asj who have been in our home getting things 'back to normal', thank you for your caring, professionalism and understand of the needs of those you help.

We recently had something called a 'puff back' happen in our home. Coming home to a house full of soot and backed up debree from our furnace, was not our idea of a fun filled weekend. After countless days of cleaning everything ourselves, we hadn't made enough progress. In a conversation we had with Dave Runkle we told him what had taken place. To our surprise he said he could help. Needless to say, Asj Restoration came to our home to evaluate the situation. Within a week they had cleaned everything, and I mean everything, affected by the puff back. We were so happy with the end result, our home is so clean and it very much exceeded our expectations. We were very grateful that not only were you able to come the same day you were called, but that you had the needed equipment readily available, and could start the process of extracting the water and drying out the basement immediately. We were also extremely pleased with the final results. The basement was completely dried out within a few days, with a minimum of property damage, and absolutely no remaining wetness od damp odor.

Thank you so very much for the excellent service the Asj staff of professionals provided in responding to the unexpected water crisis that woke me at 3:25 AM on Friday, March 25th. Finding a flooded first floor was a bit traumatic, and so I would like to thank you again for your prompt response to my call for help in cleaning up, drying and restoring the first floor of my home to its original status. (However, I can't help but mention that your furniture arrangement really improved the appearance of my living room and gave me much more living space.)
The Asj staff not only arrived soon after I called for help, but took the time to explain the whole restoration process; were here every day for the 7 days of drying; and (as I was away the last two days of the process) restored my downstairs beautifully. I highly recommed Asj to others and would be happy to confirm them should there be anyone seeking more informaiton on my experience in working with Asj.

The prompt attention and assistance I recieved from Asj was amazing in my time of intense confusion and need. I would have never gotten through this fire in my home so smoothly without the help of Dave and his caring team at Asj. I watched for days as the crew came and worked as hard as they could each day. They did whatever they could do such as: cleaning clothes, fixing electronics, and repairing the damage to my home. It wasn't long before the house was well repaired enough that I could move back in. All of Asj management and employees who I had spoken to were very professional and friendly. We were going through a stressful situation with the extensive water damage caused by a crack in a water connection in a house that was up for sale and due for settlement.
